Case description: CITIC Triumph City is another million-square-meter residential project built by CITIC Real Estate in Huizhou after CITIC Waterfront City. It is located in the Jinshan Lake area of Huizhou's future southern new city, north of the Olympic Center Park and south of Jinshan Lake Park. It is a property with two parks in the city's core. According to the requirements of Huizhou's urban master plan, Huizhou's urban development policy is "North Excellence and South Expansion". CITIC Triumph City is located in the Jinshan Lake and Southern New City area. The double park resources are 363.8 hectares of Jinshan Lake Park and 550,000 square meters of Olympic Center Park.
