Case Description: Poly Future City is the first city-level operation demonstration area built by Poly in China. It is currently a large-scale development project in China. After completion, the population will reach about 300,000, equivalent to the total population of the entire Huichuan District.
Poly Future City consists of twelve blocks, and the property forms include residential, commercial, office, cultural and sports center, park, school, hospital, etc. The 2.5-kilometer-long commercial block runs through the entire Future City, in which large shopping malls, restaurants, apartments, high-end office buildings, Poly Cinema, Poly Museum, Wine Culture Center, and Qianbei Cultural Center will be built. In the CBD section of the central business district, a five-star foreign-related hotel, Poly Red Army Square, 5A Grade A office building, SHOPPING MALL, and international hot spring resort center will also be built. And there will be kindergartens, primary schools, and middle schools in the project. Therefore, the Future City is also a real "complex city."
