YUNENG Business School‌

Established on July 7, 2016, Yuneng Business School serves as Yuneng Waterproofing's training base for internal and external talent development. It is also an educational institution dedicated to public outreach, waterproofing knowledge dissemination, and vocational skills training.

The school comprises four academic divisions: Construction & Technology, Products & Materials, Business & Sales, and Market & Expansion, supported by logistics, military training, and expansion services. It boasts comprehensive teaching facilities and one of the few construction training bases in South China. The faculty includes dozens of experts certified by the China Waterproofing Association, such as senior waterproofing technicians, technical committee members, and mid-to-senior engineers from Guangdong Province.

The school's inaugural dean, Comrade Li Xiaoping, is a senior waterproofing technician certified by the China Waterproofing Association and a renowned figure in the industry. Comrade Wang Guoqing, head of the Construction & Technology Division, serves on the association's technical committee and is a contributing author to China Building Waterproofing magazine. Comrade Zhou Yi, head of the Products & Materials Division, holds a senior engineer title, graduated from Guizhou University with a degree in chemistry, and has over 20 years of R&D experience in waterproofing products.

Yuneng Business School currently offers two flagship training programs: the ‌"Huangpu Elite Sales Training Camp"‌ and the ‌"Huangpu Skilled Construction Training Camp."‌ It is steadily becoming South China’s hub for spreading waterproofing knowledge, promoting public skills, and cultivating talent.
