Case Description: Central Reserve Grain Zhaoqing Direct Depot consists of two warehouses, the central warehouse located in Dinghu District, Zhaoqing City, and the Yunfu branch warehouse located in Yaogu Town, Yunfu City. It is a central enterprise under the management of China National Grain Reserve Administration Corporation and Guangzhou Branch. It follows the vertical management system, takes "two guarantees" as the foundation, implements relevant national policies and instructions, and is responsible for the management of central reserve grain in Zhaoqing and Yunfu areas. The central warehouse is located at the foot of Dinghu Mountain in Zhaoqing City, covering an area of 160 mu, with an existing storage capacity of 100,000 tons and is expanding to 120,000 tons. It has five departments: General Affairs Department, Storage and Custody Department, Rotation Purchase and Sales Department, Finance Department, and Supervision Department; Yunfu Branch covers an area of 101 mu, with an existing storage capacity of 59,000 tons, and has three departments: General Affairs Department, Storage and Custody Department, and Finance Department. The total storage capacity of the enterprise is nearly 280,000 tons , and the central government's grain has reached 400,000 tons, which effectively plays an important role in China National Grain Reserves Corporation serving the country's macro-control and local economic development.
