Case description: The national reserve is a material reserve system established to ensure the needs of social reproduction and economic and national defense strategies, including two functional modules: strategic reserve and emergency reserve. Since its establishment in the 1950s, it has formed a diversified reserve structure covering more than 20 categories in four major categories, including food, energy, and minerals, and adopts an operation mode that combines central and local coordination and physical and production capacity.

Materials used: "Yu Neng" brand polyvinyl chloride PVC polymer waterproofing membrane, self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproofing membrane, single-component (synthetic polymer) polyurethane waterproofing coating, YN-C806 cement-based penetrating crystalline waterproofing coating
