This product is a self-adhesive polymer membrane-based waterproofing roll made of a strong cross membrane as the surface reinforcement material and a rubber-modified asphalt self-adhesive containing an active additive.

During the construction of this roll material, the wet laying method is adopted to make the roll material pressure-sensitive reactive adhesive and cement gel produce a cross-linking and meshing reaction; the strong cross membrane used has excellent physical properties, especially high tear strength and dimensional stability, forming a fully sticky and water-proof waterproof layer with stable and long-lasting performance.

  1. The strong cross film adopts cross-lamination technology and has high tensile strength, elongation, tear resistance, impact resistance , stable size, weather resistance and corrosion resistance .
  2. The coiled material undergoes chemical reaction and physical adsorption with polymer cement and concrete structure layer, so that the coiled material and the structure layer form a physical and chemical bonding layer with a bonding strength far greater than that of physical adsorption , which can effectively resist the damage of external stress;
  3. Excellent "waterproof" function, no diffusion, strong self-healing ability.
  4. It interacts with polymer cement to form a tightly bonded layer. It has low requirements for the base layer , effectively shortens the construction period, saves construction costs, is easy to overlap , and solves the problem of difficult construction in tunnels and winter.

Precautions



  1. The base should be flat, clean and free of water accumulation;
  2. Detailed node treatment should be done on pipes, corners, flat surfaces, expansion joints and other parts;
  3. It is strictly forbidden to walk on the polymer cement slurry before it dries, and subsequent construction can only be carried out after the polymer cement slurry has completely hardened.
