YN-B704 Pre-laid waterproof membrane

This product is made of self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt as the base material, polyester base as the reinforcement layer, the lower surface is covered with polyethylene film (PE film) or a peelable silicon-coated isolation film, and the upper surface is covered with a peelable silicon-coated isolation film or a viscosity-reducing protective layer. It is an asphalt-based polyester base waterproof membrane that can be pre-laid and reverse-adhesive.

Product Features

It can be bonded to the subsequently poured concrete and remain inseparable even after long-term immersion in groundwater;
It can be constructed even on wet or unleveled surfaces, without primer. The advantages are more prominent during construction in rainy seasons, which is a powerful measure to ensure the construction period.
Solvents and fuels are eliminated during the construction process, which reduces environmental pollution and safety hazards and saves resources.

Scope of application: It is suitable for waterproofing the bottom slabs of buildings and underground projects such as open-cut subways and side walls where there is no construction space.

Precautions

Do not damage the coil with metal or hard objects;
After the construction is completed, when tying steel bars or pouring concrete, the waterproof layer should be protected;
Do not apply the membrane on a polluted, water-covered or frozen surface;
The construction process should be carried out step by step and cross-construction is not allowed.
