This product adopts patented technology . It is a composite waterproof system composed of synthetic rubber and high-quality heavy-duty asphalt as main materials, with active additives added , polyester felt as the matrix, and polymer cement mortar as the bonding layer. The waterproof layer is firmly adhered to the structure to achieve skin-like full adhesion. It has high tensile strength and solves the shortcomings of ordinary materials that cause cracking of the roll material due to structural cracking and water seepage. According to the requirements of the project, the roll material has two series of single-sided self-adhesive and double-sided self-adhesive products with multiple specifications to choose from.

Product Features

Combination of rigidity and flexibility : The cement slurry or cement mortar used for wet laying is covered and waterproofed. The initial setting, final setting and the subsequent critical one-week hydration process are all completed in an ideal environment. Its strength, density and crack resistance are better than those of the cement slurry or cement mortar cured by sprinkling, and it can play a certain role in anti-seepage and waterproofing .
Reliable bonding : The cement slurry can be firmly bonded to the base and the self-adhesive membrane. The effective bonding between the three prevents the occurrence of "water leakage" and can be directly constructed on a wet base ;
Save construction time : It can be constructed even on wet or unleveled surfaces, without primer. It has outstanding advantages during construction in rainy seasons and is a powerful measure to ensure construction time .
Safety and environmental protection : Solvents and fuels are eliminated during the construction process, thus avoiding environmental pollution and potential safety hazards and saving resources.

Scope of application: It is widely used in waterproofing projects of non-exposed roofs, underground and indoor terraces of various types of buildings, as well as open-cut subways, tunnels, pools, canals and other waterproofing projects. It is especially suitable for waterproofing projects that are not allowed to use open flames or are constructed in rainy seasons.

Precautions

Do not damage the coil with metal or hard objects ;
After the construction is completed, when tying steel bars or pouring concrete, the waterproof layer should be protected ;
Do not apply the membrane on a polluted, water-covered or frozen surface ;
The construction process should be carried out step by step and cross - construction is not allowed .
