This product is a multi-layer composite waterproof material, consisting of a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet layer, a strong adhesive layer that can bond with HDPE and reactive sand, and a specially treated reactive sand particle layer.

The material forms a high-strength bond with cast-in-place concrete through the dual effects of chemical cross-linking and physical anchoring, effectively preventing moisture from penetrating into the gap between the waterproof layer and the structure (i.e. preventing "water leakage"). The use of the empty pad paving process avoids tensile damage to the waterproof layer caused by pad damage. Its excellent resistance to mechanical puncture and scratching means that no additional protective layer is required during construction. Rebars can be tied directly on the surface of the waterproof layer and concrete can be poured, which significantly saves material costs, reduces labor costs and shortens construction period. In addition, the material has excellent weather resistance, and the service life of underground parts can reach 50 to 70 years.

Product Features
  1. The waterproof membrane adopts the pre-laying reverse bonding method to keep it in an empty state with the base layer. The non-adhesive property enables it to maintain waterproof performance when the cushion layer settles and deforms .
  2. The pre-laid reverse bonding method allows the waterproof membrane and the post-poured concrete to form a skin-like waterproof layer through chemical reaction. This close combination can effectively prevent water leakage caused by local damage .
  3. The coiled material is made of non-asphalt reactive rubber, special reactive sand and polymer sheet, which has the high tensile strength and elongation of polymer materials and the construction convenience of self-adhesive materials .
  4. Plastic polymer sheets have excellent impact resistance and puncture resistance and can withstand construction loads and concrete impacts, and are particularly suitable for post-cast concrete and secondary lining construction ;
  5. Compared with traditional materials, this product has significant resistance to bacteria, mildew, acid and alkali. According to tests, its service life in underground projects is estimated to be over 70 years .
  6. The pre-paving method eliminates the need for leveling the base layer and is not affected by weather and moisture in the base layer, making it particularly suitable for projects in the rainy season and with tight construction schedules .
  7. The special self-adhesive lap joint process saves time and effort compared to traditional hot air welding, and significantly improves construction flexibility ;
  8. The entire construction process does not require base treatment, solvent fuel or welding operations, which not only reduces pollution and fire hazards but also saves energy.
