This product is made of TPO material, which combines the weather resistance and heat resistance of EP rubber with the weldability of polypropylene. It was used in roof waterproofing projects in the early 1990s by mechanical fixing and paving. It has both the weather resistance of EPDM rubber and the weldability of plastic waterproofing membrane, and has good waterproofing effect.

The unique physical , chemical and environmental performance of this membrane has made it the fastest growing thermoplastic waterproof material in the world. In the United States, TPO waterproof membranes have accounted for 24% of the low-slope commercial roofing material market. In recent years, with the development of mechanically fixed single-layer roofing systems, TPO waterproof membranes with high performance and energy-saving and environmental protection effects have developed rapidly.

Product Features
  1. It has both the excellent weather resistance of EPDM and the weldability of polypropylene ;
  2. Special technology, no need to add any plasticizers that can make the material brittle ;
  3. There is no phenomenon that general heat-welded coils (such as PVC) become brittle due to plasticizer migration, and the waterproof function is long-lasting;
  4. high and low temperatures ( still flexible at -50°C ) , and mechanical strength at higher temperatures ;
  5. Chemical resistance, resistance to acid, alkali, salt , animal oil , vegetable oil, lubricating oil corrosion , resistance to algae, mold and other microbial growth ;
  6. Heat aging resistance, good dimensional stability ;
  7. Light-colored surface, mainly white, with a smooth surface ;
  8. The lap seams are constructed by heat welding to form a high-strength sealed waterproof layer.

  1. It is widely used in green roofs, exposed single-layer roof waterproofing projects, large venues, and airports.
  2. Underground civil air defense, dams, landfills, subways, tunnels, bridges, and grain warehouses.
