It is a polymer waterproof membrane with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet as root barrier waterproof layer, which has excellent waterproof performance and puncture resistance.

The membrane has excellent physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability, and is suitable for all types of green roofs, basement green roofs, tunnels, municipal greening and other green building waterproofing projects that have high requirements for waterproof and environmental performance.

Product Features

High-density polyethylene sheets have good physical tensile properties, dense materials, good physical and mechanical properties, chemical stability, good root resistance, and excellent resistance to plant root puncture ;
High tensile strength, above 16MPa at room temperature; large elongation at break, up to 550% or more at room temperature ; high stress resistance and crack resistance , can adapt to the cracking of the base surface settlement, and ensure root barrier and waterproof effect ;
Good low temperature resistance and bending performance ( still has good bending performance below -35℃ ), and can adapt well to changes in ambient temperature;
It has excellent flexibility, wear resistance, puncture resistance, dimensional stability, good adhesion and is easy to construct;
It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salts and other media, and is resistant to mildew. It has no chemical pollution and has stable performance against acids, alkalis and other chemicals in concrete or sand. It is suitable for planting roof projects in coastal areas .
The empty laying process is adopted and the overlapping seams of the roll materials are welded by hot melt to achieve the ideal construction effect.

Precautions

When laying plastic waterproof sheets, they should not be stretched too tight, and sufficient space should be left according to the flatness of the base surface;
The surface of the welding material must be wiped clean and free of water, oil and dirt;
Strictly check the welding quality and make sure there is no leaking or skipping of welds .
